It’s an unquestionable fact that sport has a special influence on children and that it can determine their physical and spiritual development. For example, by doing gymnastics a child develops his/her strength, resistance and vestibular system; aqua programs strengthen all muscles and the spine. Martial arts and yoga develop child’s spiritual and physical unity.
Group workouts for children include programs for plasticity, martial arts, dancing and aqua-fitness, as well as “Body-Mind” programs such as yoga for children.
Special fitness schedule for children is divided into three age groups: 3-6 years, 7-9 years, 10-13 years.
Also there is a special room for children where you can live your child under the supervision of the experienced babysitters, while he/she is resting after the trainings or waiting for you.
